The app used for editing the Dark Navy Blue concept is called the Snapseed mobile application. The Snapseed mobile application has been available for a very long time in the mobile editing space. You can get this Snapseed app on the Google Play Store if you are an Android user or on the Apple Store if you are an iPhone user. The Snapseed mobile application is an application that has millions of downloads, with a lot of users using the app on a day-to-day basis. How I edit the Dark Navy Blue

The application of the dark navy blue is very easy and straightforward, you have to follow the steps listed below and that's it.

  • Step 1: Download the Snapseed mobile application and if you have the application on your mobile devices then you open the app.

  • Step 2: Click the cross in the middle after you open the app to import the reference image you want to edit into dark navy blue by opening the gallery or photo album.

  • Step 3: Click the tool icon and you will see a lot of tools, you look for the vintage icon and click on it. Select the "vintage 6" out of the 1 to 12 vintage in the app. You will reduce the structure of "vintage 6" to "-100", the style strength to negative 25 and the vintage strength to negative 25%. Then select done.

  • Step 4: Click the three dots at the top right corner of the app and then some set of options will pop up on your screen. Then you select the "view edit" where you brush off the "vintage 6" effect from the reference image. You won't brush off the effect from the background, but remove the "vintage 6" effects from the face of your reference image that you are editing. Once you get the desired result, click the tick icon and select done.

  • Step 5: Click the tool icon and look for "White balance". After you find the icon open it and reduce the temperature of the image to negative 19 and increase the tint to plus 5 and select done.

  • Step 6: Now go to the portrait icon and open it. Adjust the setting till you have a satisfactory result. You can set the "free spotlight" to 60%, which allows more light to enter the face of the reference image you are editing. Increase the skin smoothing to get a clear skin tone and you can increase the ye clarity if you choose to.

Note: You can watch the youtube video down below to see how I implement these steps.
