Hello folks, what's up? I hope you guys are having a lovely day today. So today I'm here with another amazing photo editing trick and tutorial, which is what I call the Ikka and dark photo editing. This kind of photo editing tutorial involves changing the background of the normal photos and adding an amazing background effect with a dark effect to your photo. Today's photo editing is very creative, before posting this article, I created a lot of photo editing videos and posted them on my website, which you can check out. The process for the Ikka and dark photo editing tutorial is very simple to learn; it involves following the process listed in this post.
As I mostly do in the majority of my blog post, the before and after edits are usually in one photo, so in today's post, I've also done the same. I had the non-edited image on the right side and the model is sitting on the ground in a forest with a blurry background, a white shirt, black pants, and two pairs of sneakers. On the other side, which is the left side (edited side), everything looks the same, but the background used is different, and the color quality is amazing and I've also adjusted the tonality of the model's face and body.
What app I used to create this Snapseed ikka and dark photo editing
How I Edit the Ikka and Dark Photo Editing.
- The first step is to download the snapseed mobile application on your device
- Download the Ikka png file below in this post.
- Next you open the snapseed app
- You add the photo you want to edit into the Snapseed app
- You click on the menu bar and select the Vintage icon
- Under the Vintage icon, you're going to find the range of vintage settings from Vintage 1 to Vintage 12 but you will select Vintage 6
- Click on the tick button.
- Click on Edit stack image then a list of option will pop up
- Under the option, select the view edit.
- In the view edit section, you are going to brush off the Vintage 6 effects from the face and skin of your reference photo thereby leaving the effect to affect the clothes and the background of your photo.
- You click on done.
- Now you click on the menu bar again and select the double exposure icon, in the double exposure icon you are going to import the Ikka png file you downloaded earlier.
- Change the blend mode of this Ikka png file to "ADD" and remove some part of the Ikka png from your photo, to learn this part I recommend you watch the youtube video down below this post.
- After you're done with the process the next thing is to color grade your photo, so that the photo don't look fake.
- Use the selection icon and the tune image Icon under the menu bar settings to color grade your photo to your preference.
